Annette Byrne

Annette M. Byrne, age 56 of Cottage Grove, passed away on September 29, 2015.

Memorial service will be 3:00 pm, Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 – 80th Street S., Cottage Grove with reception to follow until 5:00 pm

Annette Marie (Pingatore) Byrne was born on August 28, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up in Golden Valley, Minnesota and after high school, she attended the University of MN, Augsburg and St. Katherine's to pursue various degrees including two master's degrees in the nursing field. She was working at the Crawford and Company in St. Paul where she met and later married Kent Byrne in 1995.

They built a new home near Cottage Grove where they enjoyed several years together. Most recently, she had been employed by Stubbe and Associates as a case manager/qualified rehabilitation consultant. Annette enjoyed gardening, sewing and crafts. She was known to "go all out" when it came to holidays, birthdays and special events. She loved boating, being with family and shopping trips with Kaeleigh.

Annette is survived by her husband Kent and daughter Kaeleigh. She is preceded in death by her mother, Aileen (Doffing) Pingatore; brother, Jim Pingatore.
