Bernice McAleese, age 89, of Cottage Grove passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015 at White Pines Senior Living in Cottage Grove.
She is preceded by her husband Carl; parents, Carl and Ora; and three siblings. Bernice is survived by her children, Cheryl Haines (Bob Lavalle), Michael (Mona), and Pam (Allan) Pfromm; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sister, May Bordwell.
Bernice was an avid bowler for over 50 years. She also enjoyed watching and feeding the bunnies, squirrels, and birds.
Gathering of family and friends 10 AM, Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove with service beginning at 11 AM.
