Ray Switala, age 81, of Cottage Grove passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.
Preceded in death by parents, Frank & Marie; brothers, Frank "Buddy", Stanley, and Robert "Bob"; sisters, Louise "Sissy" Saunders, Mary Lou Stronck, and Marge Driscoll.
Survived by loving wife of 55 years, Nora; son, Mike (Kim) and daughter, Sue (Tom) Hughes; 5 grandsons; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Donald; and several nieces and nephews whom he cared deeply for.
Funeral Service 11 AM, Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Elmhurst Cemetery, St. Paul.
Memorials preferred to donor's choice.
