Dale Miller

Dale D. Miller, age 85, of Gray Cloud Island and St. Paul Park, MN passed away peacefully on November 26, 2019 with his family by his side. He was born on March 5, 1934 in Springfield, MN. Dale was a sweet loving husband, wonderful father, and a great friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Gloria J. Miller; daughter, Sherry McPherson-Ness (Greg); sons, Ricky Miller and Randy Miller and daughter-in-law, Valerie Miller; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and brother, Gary Miller (Effie); as well as many life long friends. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Gertrude Miller; nephew, Bradley Miller; and son-in-law, Richard McPherson.

Dale worked at Toro, Ideal Security & Brown & Bigelow as a tool and die machinist. He was a Master of Many Trades. He also served on the board of the Teamsters 970 for many years. He loved fishing, hunting, and life at the cabin with his family. He especially enjoyed his hobby of being a gunsmith.
