Esther Partch

Esther Mae Partch, age 85, formally of Hibbing/Newport, passed away on February 1, 2020.

She was the 6 ^th daughter of beloved parents, Charles and Ruth Atkins. Esther was born on August 24, 1934 in Cordova, IL. After living briefly in Cordova and Muscatine, IA, her family settled in Goodland, MN.

Esther was a member of Newport Lutheran Church since 1973, where she was also active in Loaves and Fishes, Vacation Bible School, and Sunday School.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill; sons, Marty and Richard; daughter, Patricia Schneider.

Esther is survived by her children, Ken (Rose), Steve (Pen), David (Cindy) and Tom; grandchildren, David, Sarah, Wilie, Richie (Nikki), Kassy, Abbey, Tricia (Jon), Kenny II, Brent (Libby), Travis, Kristy (Aaron), Kayla, Wyatt, Walt (Heather), Joe, Ashley (Kevin) and Melissa; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life 11 AM on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Newport Lutheran Church, 900 15th St, Newport, MN 55055 with visitation beginning at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to, Newport Lutheran Church.
