Margie Weber

January 19, 1944 — October 8, 2021

Margie “Marge” Marie, age 77 of St. Paul Park, passed away October 8, 2021.

Margie was born in Durand, Wisconsin, to Rueben and Hazel (Johnson) Walker on January 19, 1944.  Marge lived larger than life, and enjoyed helping everyone around her do the same.  She thrived on helping others, always putting their needs before her own.  Marge enjoyed helping her students as a health assistant for 31 years at South Washington School District.  She enjoyed reminiscing, dancing, playing cards, basking in the sun at the lake and, in winter, while on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida, and watching football, especially Packers, Vikings and the Badgers.  Most of all, she cherished time with family, especially her great grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew her.  Private services will be planned.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity in Marge’s name, or pack a picnic lunch to enjoy with your family on a sunny day.

Margie is survived by her husband of 57 years Glen; daughter, Glenda Kemmet; son, Greg (Colleen) Weber; granddaughters, Jaden (Tim) Leslie (Owen and Camden), Olivia (Kenneth) Knapp, Jillian (Adam) Thorson (Quinnley and Clara), Chloe, and Madelyn Weber, and many special sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Margie is preceded in death by parents, Rueben and Hazel Walker; sister, Marion (Bob) Smith, infant sister, Bonita Ann Walker; brothers, Ronald (Florence), Russell (Dorothy) and Rick (Nancy), and great granddaughter Bella Grace Leslie.
