Robert Z. Garcia Sr., age 74 of Inver Grove Heights passed away on November 18, 2020.

A carpenter by trade but a servant at heart. Robert was a selfless and kind man who saw a need and went the extra mile to help in any way he could expecting nothing in return. He loved his wife dearly as she did him, and every one of the combined family of nine children and 33 grandchildren. Robert was instrumental in designing and building the current Household of Faith Church in St Paul Park and loved his church family very much.

He is survived by his wife Sandra; sons Bobby (Kelly), Craig, Mark, Matthew, Michael, David (Yuri), and Daniel (Lea); daughters Lanette, and Tyla; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Jesse Jr., Reyes (Claudia), Albert and Leonard (Sharon); sisters Vicki, Linda (Dave), Delia (Ramos) and Theresa; Aunt Cora; and his loving church family.

Funeral will be 1 pm, Friday, November 20, 2020 at Household of Faith Church, 1090 Chicago Ave., St. Paul Park with visitation one hour prior.  Interment Ft. Snelling at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial are preferred to the Household of Faith Church.
